Why TREQA Jackets Keep You Warmer
TRQEA Insulated Fall Jackets are made with high-quality, lightweight synthetic sheet insulation that doesn’t absorb water and goes right through the stitching so there is no displacement and no cold spots. The synthetic microfibers are so small and the loft so high that it mimics down in its ability to retain heat without any of the disadvantages inherent in down insulation.
The bright coloured areas (hot spots) in the photos below show where heat is being lost through the jacket. A lower temperature means more heat is being retained to keep you warm while a higher temperature means you are losing heat and warmth.
