Return Policy for Canadian Orders
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of placing your order.
Returns in Canada are free of charge and made with Canada Post.
Your apparel must be in original and unworn condition, with all tags still attached.
Our warranty does not cover dryer melt.
We offer a 1 year limited warranty (depending on the product) that covers manufacturer’s defects on products such as zipper pulls, zippers, snaps, stitching, dye bleeding.
If you purchased an item at treqawear.com and want to return it for a full refund, follow these simple steps:
Complete the form below with the following information:
– Your order number
– The product name, size and colour of item(s) to be returned
– The reason for the return
A customer service representative will provide the information needed to proceed with your mail-in return by email. Re-tape the original package, enclose the packing slip that was included in your package and then you will have the option to print your pre-paid and pre-addressed return shipping label or to have it printed at any Canada Post outlet. Your return parcel can then be dropped in a Canada Post mailbox or at any Canada Post outlet.
You can always opt to return your package via another carrier and cover the shipping costs. TREQA will not accept any packages where shipping fees must be paid on delivery.
When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
